The only things you will need to provide for yourself are your choice of drinks, snacks and drinkware.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to provide for myself?

You only need to provide food, drink and drinkware for yourselves. Everything you need to paint is taken care of for you.

Can my party include more than 20 guests?

Exceptions can be made. If there are more than 20 guests, it is likely that some participants will miss out on using aprons and easels. Always contact us with your request first.

Do I need to make a deposit?

Yes. A deposit of $20pp will be requested during the booking process. This amount will be substracted from the final fee due 3 days before the session.

What is your refund and cancelation policy?

You may cancel at any time, however, your deposit will not be returned if your session is canceled within 3 days of the session.

Can I add or remove people to my booking after it is confirmed?

You may add guests to your booking at any time, including the day of the session.
Guest removals can only be made until 3 days before the session to refund your $20pp deposit.

Is there a travel fee?

A travel fee is only applicable if your location is further than 30km from West Sunshine VIC.

I don’t have anywhere to host the session. Do you have a location where we can come to you?

A location in Sunshine West can be provided for you depending on your needs. Always contact us with your request first.
